I see a woman... although I'm not sure if I would actually make any formal claim about "passing completely" it's not really something I consider these days. I can't recall being sired or questioned anytime in the last two decades or more.
Trouble is I've been postop for so long that I've long since stopped worrying about what someone else see's. I expect to see a middle aged woman, I do see a woman, but whether others do so or not is of no great concern to me.

All I see now is a woman. I am still pre-op, and may be stuck that way forever, but I see a woman in the mirror everyday.
And I stopped wondering what others thought of me, about 6 months into RLE. What they think does not pay the bills.
I am just a tall middle-aged woman who tries to look pretty for herself, only.

I don't. I mean there's things I nick pick about my self that I would change haha if I could. But for the most part I see a woman and I could care less what others think anymore.

it was a significant milestone for me when I finally was able to see the woman in the mirror, some few months into RLE like Janet. Now that's all I ever see. I think it helps to really see yourself as female in all other ways beyond the mirror as well, then the mirror part just follows naturally.

Usually I see a male face in the mirror or can see all the bits that don't look female! I'm not sure why I pass? it might be my voice which is my best feature!

There are times when I look in the mirror and think, yeah your not looking bad and look female but then there are times when I see that I need a nose and chin tweak. I used to be constantly telling my TS friends that I needed ffs but they all said I was stupid and that I didn't. My consultant also said I didn't need it. I live stealth, in work and play. But yeah, there are times when I think I see the man again.
It has significantly lessoned since living full time as a woman. I can go down to the beach in my bikini, I can go on beach holidays, laze around the pool in my bikini, even been asked to join in some belly dancing at the pool last year in Egypt, great fun, lol.
So I guess its still the dysphoria that hangs round. After my SRS this year I will be complete and no more man bits to remind me.

I guess I was a little odd that way because I always saw a girl's in the mirror .... apparently others did as well since I was often mistaken for a girl in my teens or, at worst, of uncertain gender. 36 years have passed since I jumped the fence and I don't get wolf whistles any more but at 61 it brightened my day to hear one man remark to another as I walked away "She's cute!" ;D

When I look at older pictures of myself during my early days I sometimes see the harsh features. (I see any pictures of my past life I destroy). But there will very few photos of me before my change as I hated my picture being taken because I knew it would remind people and me of who I once was and I wanted no evidence or reminders of that past life.
But after 21 years all I see is a 51 middle aged women in the mirror. Sheesshh
Kind regards

It really depends on a mirror.
;D
Well, the last time I have asked the magic mirror, mirror mirror on the wall is this a female on the floor, mirror broke!

It took me a while, but I'm at the point now where I see a girl most of the time. I have my bad days where I can still the old me a bit, but I guess the hormones have helped a lot. I pass most of the time now, and it's rare that I get read. I guess that goes a long way to boost my confidence in my looks.

I look in the mirror and wonder. I think I pass a bit or 90%. A guy yelled out "Foxy!" to me today from a passing car as I was walking down the street, so I must pass like that! But up close I think you can still see that Im male a bit.

After transitioning at work, I went out and got a real haircut. Not something that I could wear as a guy, but something 100% girl. Everyone seems to love it. Lots of comments that it really changed my face.
I'm starting to see less and less of the boy left. I'm 6-7 months on E, but the first two and a half weren't on the right dose.

Good question. I've passed 100% for such a long time now but still saw 'him' in the mirror. Hated looking in the mirror for that reason. But had FFS last year and now 'he' has gone away. I only see woman now
