Im not sure if its possible or not but here we go.
If i start weight training, to bulk up my arms and tone up my chest muscles. Will this get rid of the breast tissue? (considering their just fat glands and you can make fat into muscle supposidly)
Im just wondering because with out too much infomation, there is next to nothing there any way.
Also, what techniques should i use.
And, will it encrease or help T?
Me and a friend have always wondered that but never bothered to ask any one lol.

It's impossible to turn fat into muscle. Most people say this because exercise can reduce fat and increase muscle... It's more like an exchange rather than transformation.

If you google female body builders you'll see that even the most overdeveloped of them still have breasts, even the women who are not silicone-enhanced.

I think you can definitely increase the muscle tone there, which may change the shape of your chest to a more masculine kinda outline.
I think reducing your body fat percentage will decrease the size of the actual breasts but I think the breast tissue itself has to be surgically removed.

It can make them appear bigger because you're building up the pectorals.

I have started working out my arms, chest and shoulders and my chest size has gone way down. I had a lot of fat in my tumors and it has decreased a lot. Working out can't make the breast tissue go away but if you have any fat there making them larger you can work that off.

with a very low fat % your chesticles will reduce in mass, yes.. but they'll never go away and any loose skin will not tighten up again.
