Well I notice that one of the sources for this "flush the facts" article is one of the main sponsors, the Montana Human Rights Network (a gay front organization) and the City.  The reporter discriminated against the side that opposes it.  Keila is really a lobbyist for this ordinance it is plain and clear.  Because these two groups say it does it make it fact?  Where is the balance?  This is simply a push piece for the ordinance and anyone who takes the time to read it will clearly see that.

Myth: The ordinance will allow men in women's restrooms.

Fact:  There is a standard now that would be used in court if a parent or business used force and guards or whatever necessary to keep men out of a woman's restroom.  The standard is called the "sex at birth" standard and would be an issue in court in the case mentioned above.
