1) If after transition, life is just a paranoid panorama of wondering who knows and who doesn't-------is that worth it?
2) How do you handle CT scans that will out even post-ops?
3) What did you think would be more fun? Wearing pantihose whenever you want to or going commando under a skirt like Britany Spears?
4) Are you comfortable in locker rooms of your gender of choice?
2) How do you handle CT scans that will out even post-ops?

1) I haven't worried about that for a long time. After a while you stop thinking about it and it's fine.
2) if telling a medical doctor will mean I get the proper treatment then I don't care.
3) I rarely wear pantyhose, but do occassionally go au natural under my skirt. Not advisable in a sarong however.
4) after surgery, yes it won't be a problem. I feel totally comfortable in public restrooms now. And btw, it isn't my gender of "choice", it's just the gender I am.
Whether someone knows, or guesses, or whatever, really isn't my concern. I steadfastly refuse to hide who I am from anyone for any reason. Everyone just accepts me as the female I am and I have had no problems, not even when flying internationally and I've done that quite a lot since beginning transition. It's no big deal.

1) 100% stealth is impossible. Some government records may be replaced by new information, but the old info never goes away.
2) Medical people must know your history. You will tell them or it will already be in your medical records. My FTM husband had emergency surgery in March. He was respectfully treated as male the whole time, to the point that the radiologist reported an enlarged prostate.
3) Silly question to ask a 73 yo woman.
4)Other than being a bald woman, I am fine in the locker room in which I belong. I'm 10 years postop.

1. I don't care
2. I don't care (see answer above)
3. I don't care
4. yes. - but I probably don't care about that either.
Seriously - I am nearly 30 years postop - I don't care who knows what about me as long as they treat me right - which they do.
Medics in particular have a need to know such stuff.
Underwear, or not, is of no concern. I have done both on many occasions,
and as for locker rooms I've never even once given it a thought. It's simply a place to change. If required I'd also go into the mens without a thought - being postop things might get sexually "interesting" if I did though. That's certainly a novel way to pull a new boyfriend I guess ;)

1) If after transition, life is just a paranoid panorama of wondering who knows and who doesn't-------is that worth it? I don't care who knows. If they find fault then they would be the ones that would have to paranoid.
2) How do you handle CT scans that will out even post-ops? When it comes to medical personnel they need to know a proper medical history to give proper medical treatment.
3) What did you think would be more fun? Wearing pantihose whenever you want to or going commando under a skirt like Britany Spears? I wear what I want, when I want.
4) Are you comfortable in locker rooms of your gender of choice? Pre-SRS, I don't use them. Post-SRS, I would uses the ladies locker room.
