Title: grrr, my dad just grinds me down.

he just doesn't get it, and he couldn't take a hint to save his life. he's not my type at all. he has this stupid nickname for my boy name, which i hate, and lately he's been calling me it every goddamn time he talks to me. i don't even look at him anymore, and i try to keep as much distance as i can from him, because he is just such a moron, and so is his dad. i guess the apple doesn't fall far from the trees. i could make a list of everything he does that gets on my last nerve, but it would turn into a book.

Instead of writing that list, why not give him and your grandfather some things to read?  The PFLAG TNET pamphlet Our Trans Children is a good one. You can download it for free from the PFLAG Transgender area.
