I'm kinda guessing that seeing as my forearms are covered in tattoos i've sort of blown it for phalloplasty unless i want a Tigger or a little red devil down there.  :laugh: Now its never really bothered me before cos i wasn't really thinking of having lower surgery but now its getting closer and closer to be being referred from the psych to the GIC its definitely becoming a possibility in my head. Any ideas on what i can do? And i know its years in the future but i like trying to sort problems out early

I'm certainly not the expert but I believe tissue grafts can be taken from places other than your forearm.

well i ave one on my 4arm and another kinda on my wrist and asked the same thing.as fare as i now they can take it from the leg. Bum ect

Yeah - think i was using them as camoflauge. Trouble is gonna have the same problem with chest surgery. My black panther could end up very deformed

There are different ways to do phallo.
Abdominal flap's been rather popular these days..

By the time i'm ready there might be even more procedures around. Hopefully ones that don't involve pain lol

What a whole month of anesthesia? That might be interesting. Though you could try a coma if you timed it right.

Phallos have been done using skin from the lower back, inside thigh, and abdomen.  I know if I ever decide to have a phallo done, I will definitely have it taken from somewhere other than my arm.  I'm just not willing to go about with a giant scar in such a public location, if I have a choice in the matter.  Besides, for those in the know, it's like a giant neon sign that screams, "->-bleeped-<--boy".

As for tats on your "tiny", it'll just make you look like a really tough guy, with a really high pain tolerance.  ;)

I'd personally have mine taken from my butt if I have it. I have tats, and plan on getting more on my arms. And one of my most important ones is on my arm. But at least you'd look all tough and stuff..."wanna see my tattooed penis?" in the locker room. That just made me LOL.

Actually it has been done before! You can see pics of a tattooed phallo on the Yahoo FTM surgery group, I believe. The tattoo was on the person's arm before it was used for the phallo.

I had mine taken from my butt to the forearm, then forearm to phallus, because I had no stomach fat free, believe me, it is not a nice place to have skin/flesh taken from. Sitting down is one of the major things we all take for granted and having major grafts taken from "that" area  REALLY sucks. On top of this, the best place to take the skin from is from the forearm, it has the right thickness for penile skin, as in thin, not fatty and they need to find donor skin from somewhere.

Keep any tats you are planning to have away from the forearm if you want a good aesthetic job in the end... and do not go ANYWHERE NEAR your butt fella, either as a donor or direct site, I didn't want to but was told because I had no stomach fat that it was necessary.

I was advised to put about a stone on before my stage 1 phallo but didn't manage it. I wish I had done :(

The best jobs are done from the arm. I had mine taken from there and have looked into phallo surgery and talked to many guys beforehand and am VERY impressed with what I have, even before the glans sculpture. Please mate, in my opinion do not have anymore tattoos done on your arm.

If you want them, have them done afterwards.
