I feel like maybe, this isnt actually happening.. but I feel like my breast tissue has, changed. I am not on T, but I have been binding for about 9-10 months now.
The breasts.. feel like they are JUST fat tissue now.. like, if I press down on it.. I cant feel the firmness, the perkyness from before, and it used to feel like ther were the breast buds, but now, its like I can press down on it and squish down to my chest.. the chest that is underneith these gross things.
is this supposed to happen? Im not complaining, it will probably make it easier to bind.

Yep, it's pretty much the reason why some parents and chest surgeons(if you're going for keyhole) might be opposed to binding, because it can change the breast tissue.

I've been binding about a year, and noticed the same thing. When I'm lying on my back I can actually feel my ribs through them. (the combination of taking my binder off in within the last half hour, and reading this thread now is making me want to touch them a lot for some reason...)

That also happens a bit with normal puberty. I know its happened to me and I've never binded.

Yeah same for me, I also used to have little more feeling there, if someone poked me. Now It's nothing....just nasty fatty growths. Also it hurts if I don't bind. While binding makes me more physically comfortable.

Same here. On the rare occasions that I don't bind now, it hurts to feel them move. It's like... they're floppier somehow? It's quite uncomfortable physically, aside from just the dysphoria aspect of it. Also, they've always gone completely flat if I squished them down, but now they're harder to keep from shifting or jiggling when I bind. Strange.

Yeah...I wonder if thats because now they are just sacs of fat rather than anything else...fat doesnt squish the best. Does anyone else think that sounds gross? lol

Quote from: koolstacy on August 13, 2010, 01:12:59 AMBinding is compressing your chest to make it flatter, some people wear binders, some use ace bandages, some even use tape. (which in my experience hurts really bad when it comes off)
What is binding?
I noticed the same thing Elijah glad to know I'm not just odd.
Oh and off topic for a second, I love the collar Gothtranzboi, I wish I could pull that off, usually I have to stick with spiked collars.

Oh thanks XD. I can only pull it off cause people assume Im a highschool kid half the time. On the topic of binding I bind almost 24/7 and I've noticed the fabric is actually cutting my skin and leaving bruises lately. Not sure what to do except not binding which makes me sick. Any tips?

I had that problem when I was only wearing a binder. Now I have to layer, I either wear a tank top or an A-shirt or a mens thin lightweight compression shirt (like the ones they wear under football gear and such to prevent sweat rash) under the binder to prevent the bruising. Good part about that means no more bruising but the bad side is it's another layer in the summer heat.
