I live in a small town in Canada and there are no therapists I can go to for a referral letter for GRS this winter.

Can't be smaller then my town :P
I actually had to get refered to the CAMH clinic in Toronto, the bright side, my health plan covers travel costs after paying for it before.
I don't know if your Ontario but... I recently got approved for surgery and im good to go. I even had to go to Toronto to start hormones.

I think if you are considering this program to provide you with referral letters for surgery, hormones, etc. you should contact the doctors and surgeons to see if they recognize this program before you spend any money
