Title: Ignoring Quoted Text
Post by: Constance on May 10, 2010, 02:10:52 PM
Post by: Constance on May 10, 2010, 02:10:52 PM
Is there anyway to be sure that the quoted text of ignored users isn't displayed? I can see how to ignore users, but if another user quotes them it appears that these quotes can't be ignored, correct?

Wow, when you want someone banished from the Happy Kingdom, you don't kid around do you?

Not exactly. It's not like I'm calling for banishments and expulsions from the board. There are just some folks whose posts are so often filled with fits of hate and insults that I'd rather not see them.
It's up to Susan and her staff to issue bans. I do not and have not recommended that folks be banned.

I'd prefer to not name users in this public setting. You aren't one of them, just so you know.

Thank you. That is really nice of you to say so.
But may I suggest you try to talk to someone on the forum about it?
It will be a shame if your pleasure of being in Susan's is disrupted because of problems you may be having.

One of the mods has contacted me about this.

I'm really pleased.
One of the things I personally really like about Susan's is the eclectic mix of mods.
But that's just one of a long list.
I've woken up a part of myself here and would feel really lost without it now.
