Very rarely meaningless or pointless, but often silly. The answer to that is to set yourself little tasks to achieve - it's also silly but it gives the feeling of progress and accomplishment.

Yep.  :(

Hate those days.

Another really bad day is when I wake up thinking that everything I've done, up to now has been wrong, evil, wicked, selfish and the world hates me.

I felt that way before, I also have times when I wake up in the morning/afternoon after a weird dream and  things just seem strange. Then after a while of being awake things are okk again.

bad days are the ones where I don't want to be seen cause people let me know that I am seen as something else. Thankfully those days happen less over time. Those days are where I feel what I have accomplished is pointless because I'm just not gaining what I am aiming for.

Yes, particularly silly and strange.

I never wake up feeling like things are pointless, but I frequently wake up with a feeling of, "life is so silly". It's almost euphoric in nature... Like as I shower and prepare for the day, there's a sense of "I can't believe that *this* is what humanity is all about!".

idk... I guess I'm feeling slightly like that today!!  ;)

I think the pointless feeling is a touch of depression.

I get that one sometimes, especially when I'm in a crowd and it just dawns on me that I and hundreds of other people have decided to be in that geographical location at that time

You know how when you're in a huge crowd, like downtown or something, and you're waiting for the light to change so you can cross the street, and there's that sort of 'pre-surge' of anticipation just before the walk sign flashes? Yeah, *that's* when humanity seems the silliest! I like to let out a long mooooooooo at those times... :P

You know what I find silly, queuing. It baffles me that people just DO it, no arguing (most of the time)

Just stand in their neat little lines, no matter how rebellious the person is in other areas of their life, they will stand there and wait their turn.

Reality IS silly. I rather like it that way-- it keeps me entertained. I think I would be very bored if everything made perfect sense.

Sure, it can be frustrating, sometimes, but it's exciting! It's like an adventure and a comedy all in one~ I also really like that surreal "How does this even work?" feeling. I love being able to have a sense of wonder.

However, I have my days when things feel pointless and automatic, as well. I usually deal with those by doing little things like drawing or writing or organizing to make myself feel more useful. The reality I inhabit may not make a lick of sense, but it's very much real, and I'm determined to make the best of it.

as the day passed over , i found out that it was a sudden realization of reality , life is actually silly , pointless and meaningless
and it *is* entertaining , unless i'm the one being silly , then it would be just annoying/depressing

Too true, but sometimes it takes an effort to enjoy the absurdity of living. I for one feel it highly, having got drunk with my reverend father and heard all the stories about he he used to shag all the teenage girls using money he'd stolen out of the work till.

reminds me of my own father whom after he died i found out that he had a whole other family with 2 kids , but that's not all the silly , it's actually funny that before i knew i actually met my half sister and when she told me her full name i was lke 'wow what are the odds , our dads have the exact same name '  . but in my defence i was only 12 heh
