Hi Kisa and welcome to Susan's!

It is always great to welcome new members.  Please take a second to explore the site, get familiar with the site rules and visit the wiki and reference library which contain plenty of valuable information regarding Tg issues.

I have just begun to learn about manga and anime, but I am quite fond of Japanese proverbs....and you will see some posted around here... ;D

Enjoy your stay and welcome!

Hi, Kisa!  Welcome to Susan's!

I started posting here last December, after lurking for almost 5 months.  I like cooking, reading, woodworking and hanging out here at Susan's.  (And, I have to admit, I like a good cigar once in awhile).

I'm pleased that you've decided to join us and I hope we can get to know you better in the future.

again, WELCOME ! !  :)

Hi, Kisa.  Welcome.

Yes, please do tell us some more about yourself and your journey.

I'm an older postop MTF from the Pacific Northwest who is married to a terrific postop FTM.  We are pretty much a typical, boring heterosexual couple with kids and grandkids we rarely see.

I've been at Susan's about 6 or 7 months, I think, and have a couple of jobs here that I'm learning to do.

ok, hmmmmmm let's see! Well, I guess I don't think I'm transgender, I don't really feel happy being a girl, but I don't think I be happy being a guy. I like both girl and guy things,I never felt I fit in with anyone at school, anyways.  most my problems are bi-polar and social phobia, I have a hard time talking to people online, I'm always scare to upset people.  I also just had a bad experience with christians and my faith is kinda of torn. I was judged harshly because I'm bisexual, and I was also upset they couldn't accept people for who they are. I do not like hate at all.  :( My favorite music is pop, country, rock, new age, christian, jazz, haha I like all music! that is it for now. sorry for the bad grammer and spelling.

Hey Kisa,

QuoteI don't really feel happy being a girl, but I don't think I be happy being a guy. I like both girl and guy things.
Perhaps you should browse around the Androgyne section to see if anyone posting there you feel similarities too. An Androgyne is a person who feels they fall between Male and Female genders in any number of ways, including being interested in both guy and girl things and not feeling comfortable really being considered either one. We can't tell you what you really are, only you know what you feel inside, but we can look for similarities and parallels and suggest some further reading both in our forums and at other resources available.

We look foward to hearing from you soon and feel free to ask any of us any questions you might have no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. Once again, welcome to Susans, we're a big family waiting to embrace you.

Hi Kisa,
I also am a Androgyne.  Like Marq and Mia
For most of my life I too have been
Quotealways scare to upset people.
That is what has keep me from living life for myself instead I have been what everyone elses wanted me to be.
About a year ago I decide to say, "The hell with what everyone else wants I have to be me."
I am allot happier because now I don't have to perform for others and I don't fear there reaction as I once did.
I'm also learning to be honest about my true feelings with other.
Shoot me a line anytime if you want to talk.
Welcome to a world of friends her at Susan's.
:) :)

thank you for the welcome!

One of my biggest problems is I want to fit in with everyone, I seem to care a great deal what people think of me.

There are many here that understand this. I was raised in a christian home, though some will debate the validity of my birth family's religion being christian. I have lived 2 years in a catholic dominant country (Philippines), and the last 4 years in a Baptist (southern) dominate society (in Mississippi).

There are some tolerant christian denominations to gender differences.

And there are entire different beliefs (religions) that also tolerate gender differences.

I dont read a lot of manga (though I work in a bookstore that sells 8 shelves full of them), though I am currently watching a lot of japanese anime right now. I have written a few posts in the androgyne section about anime and manga.

Anyway welcome to Susan's and I look forward to reading more posts from you.
