Mirror
love gained, love lost at the end I begin again
seems my only friend, faithful companion
streams down my cheek, drop by drop watery regret,
psalm of lost, cleanses slowly
to hold her near, eternal soul, as one
reflection stubs my broken heart
bleed my love empty, suffocate, rinse,
until lifeless I stand naked, empty, sorrow
just for once let me, to joy in her presence
where life begins, she is delight, bliss, heaven
even if a lie, how sweet deceit, intoxicating poison
I will sip it down until darkness becomes her
