Title: Dallas DART Removes "except" from Non-Discrimination Policy

There's no article to link yet, but the Dallas DART Board tonight amended the language to remove the word "except" from the policy change.  Afterwards, advocates urged the Board to consider removing additional language from the amendment that says "to the extent consistent with law" on the grounds that it creates ambiguity that is not consistent with the Board's expressed intent to provide protection for gender identity.
