Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan is committed to the radical campaign pushing acceptance of homosexuality and ->-bleeped-<- as "civil rights." Her unprecedented activism supporting that view as Dean of Harvard Law School (2003-2009) calls into question her ability to judge fairly and impartially on same-sex "marriage" and other homosexuality- or transgender-related issues that may come before the nation's highest court.
Kagan's record while Dean of Harvard Law School (HLS) demonstrates her agreement with the goals of theradical GLBT (gay lesbian bisexual transgender) movement and her solidarity with those activists. Working hand in hand with students to expel military recruiters in protest over the Armed Forces' ban on homosexuals (a "moral injustice of the first order," she wrote) is only the most obvious example of Kagan's passionate dedication to this controversial and immoral agenda.

All his reasons against her are all reasons for her. Strange that. I see it as someone who sees an injustice and trying to right it as he sees it as a bias. I got news for him, people all have bias. Some have a bias for equal treatment and others have a bias for excluding anything that they don't understand.

How Elena Kagan helped "Queer" Harvard Law School

Elena Kagan's extremely radical record as Dean of Harvard Law School (2003-2009) regarding the promotion of homosexuality and ->-bleeped-<- has been largely untouched and ignored. Until now.
Over the last few weeks there's been a lot of discussion about Elena Kagan, Obama's Supreme Court nominee. Her views, activities, and positions on abortion, guns, foreign law, judicial philosophy, constitutional rights, and more have been dissected at length.
But except for her well-known opposition to "don't ask don't tell" and to military recruiters on campus over the gay issue, very few people know the extent of her radical activities in that area, particularly during her tenure as Dean of Harvard Law School (HLS).
