But the Women's Resource Centre at the University of Guelph is going one step further.

Earlier this year, it became the Guelph Resource Centre for Gender Empowerment and Diversity.

Founded in 1983, the centre was always open to everyone, explains Naomi de Szegheo-Lang, the centre's gender-inclusion facilitator.
