An Englewood company has settled a case of alleged discrimination against a worker who claimed she was fired while preparing to undergo sex-change surgery, her attorneys said Tuesday.
Danielle Cornwell, 54, had said she would not seek to return to work at Intermountain Testing Co., but her attorney Mari Newman said conditions have changed, and Cornwell is looking forward to getting her job back.
