Hello, hope you all are having a fine day. Well, I'm new here so here's my intro!
Lucian's the name *points to profile box* I'm a pre-everything FTM, knew I was a guy (or, at least wanted to be one) since 4 or five...somewhere 'round there.
I'm studying to be an actor in addition to learning the Japanese language (I will travel to Japan someday... I can't be thwarted for long!). My other interests include, but are not limited to, drawing, writing, martial arts, yoga, language, and adventuring where there are adventures to be had.
See ya guys around!

Hi Lucian, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 5100 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.
Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another brother. :icon_hug:

Lucian:
Welcome, man. This is a cool place. You'll like it here. Take the plunge, get involved, have a blast. We're all about acceptance, you just be yourself!
Your interests are awesome! Go for your goals ... you'll get there!
Martial arts? All right, man, who do you think is the greatest martial artist you know of in real life? Who do you think is the greatest martial artist in the movies? Who do you think is the most awesome martial arts bad-guy-bad-ass in the movies?
My answers: Real life ... Frank Dux. Movies ... Bruce Lee. Bad-guy ... Tong Po (Muhammad Quissi) in Jean-Claude van Damme's "Kickboxer" movie.
By the way, "Tong Po" was Jean-Claude's friend and training partner in real life.
Rock on, dude!
:) Lacey Lynne
P.S.:
I'm a writer too. Got two books going at the present time. One is a business book. The other is a transsexual book. What do you like to write about? Got any favorite writers? That's SO cool that you write! Gotta respect THAT, man. Hope you get published and make it big. Good luck with it.

Hey thanks Lacey! Ooh, tough question. I've never really thought about it before. I'll have to get back to you on that. One thing's for sure: I have not seen enough martial arts movies. A terrible crime, it is.
Hah! Cool bit of info.
Good luck on your books! That's so cool *grin*. It's been my wish for many years to write a book and get published. First I gotta get focused on one story idea and develop it-quite a task in itself. My favorite writer is Stephen King. How's about you? Any author preferences?
As for what I like to write about: I don't have a specific subject, but fiction and things that get a little into the psychology of the characters (rather than focusing primarily on only what is happening). I like there to be misunderstandings or mysteries to at least one of the characters. I tend to mix tragedy and humor into what I write. I also wish to incorporate at least a hint of a homosexual couple/interests into a story. An attempt to integrate the "frowned upon" orientation into something the general teen/adult audience would read (but not something in your face, cuz that makes people more hostile).

Watching martial arts movies CAN be a blast. Some are classic must-sees if you like them. If you ever want some titles, I'll be glad to recommend a few for you.
My favorite authors? Oh, man! THAT'S a tough one. There are SO many. I seriously can't answer that! There's this guy from Texas, Jim Marrs. He wrote this book called "Rule by Secrecy." That rocks! There's this other guy from England, David Icke. Some years ago, he wrote "Robots' Rebellion." Awesome book. Many great women writers too. I could go on all day.
Man, I LOVE your writing ideas. Go for it! If making outlines works for you, then do it. When you "find your subject" and "find your voice," I'd be glad to read your writing. Sounds like you're totally finding both right now! Hey, good luck with it. Keep me up-dated. Best to ya!

Haha, cool. I've never read them. Perhaps I'll check out those books some time (so much to read, so little time! that's how it seems nowadays anyway).
Thanks! I'll keep ya pdated for sure as things progress (feel free to let me know how things are coming for you too!).
It's great talkin to ya; keep being awesome :D

Okay, man, check it out!
First, amp yourself up by listening to THIS song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHe1XPTioIk&playnext_from=TL&videos=jMPJpszwDOw# (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHe1XPTioIk&playnext_from=TL&videos=jMPJpszwDOw#)
Then, watch THIS movie clip ... and prepare for TESTOSTERONE CITY!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wD-gVufYvgY# (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wD-gVufYvgY#)
When you click on the start arrow on this movie frame just above, a message will come up in this video frame saying "Embedding disabled by request ... Watch on YouTube." Just roll your mouse over the part of the message in the frame that says "Watch on YouTube" which is actually a hotlink, click on it and the clip will load up and play for you automatically.
Dude, both this song and this video are some heavy s _ _ t, man! Prepare for a real rush! God, the mods are gonna get edgy on me here. Well, what the heck. Think your gonna get into it anyway. Hope so.
I'll send you a weblink for that David Icke book. You can read the entire thing online and don't really have to buy it. David would not mind. He's in it to spread his message and not to make money.
Enjoy, man! Rock on! :) Lacey Lynne
