hey everyone, i'm flattopboy. i am a 27 y/o ftm trannsexual and i have been on t for a year. i am still trying to get the money for top surgery. i'm glad to find a respectful community out here ;D

You will find alot of FTM peers here to compare notes with. And plenty of MTF who will chime in and offer plenty of unsolicited advice. (like me **giggles**)

Finding a good, competent surgeon to perform top surgery should be easy. Mastectomies are a very common operation (I've worked in the medical profession for years and know this for a fact!), and there are plenty of surgeons who do this procedure.
Like you said, getting the money together is "the thing." Where there is a will, there is a way. You'll find a way.
