Title: Problem with passport & plane ticket

Me and a few friends have booked to go abroad later in the year.
I completely forgot I'm planning on seeing a psychiatrist privately for T around Oct time and I'm changing my title to Mr next month as I need to prove I'm living as male for a few months before.
My passport and tickets will be in Miss, 90% sure this means I'm screwed but I'm taking a shot... is there any chance at all I could change my title to Mr on other documents but leave my passport and tickets as Miss for the trip?
I can't change the details on the plane ticket, btw. And name doesn't matter because it's unisex.

the US has set up new guidelines for passports recently. idk if you are from the US, but there is a possibility you may be able to get a limited-use passport if you are. basically all you would need is a doctor's note saying you are in the middle of transitioning, but i don't know how long it would take to get it, since passport fees are going up tomorrow and there probably was a rush to get them beforehand.

my boyfriend was in a similar situation. he was legally changed to M but his passport still said F. We flew from Japan to America and back and it was fine. He brought a letter from his doctor or a copy of the paperwork confirming the gender marker change or something just in case but no one said anything or asked any questions about it.
you should be fine. just bring something official looking with your doctor's phone number just in case.
