Not sure about the weight, but in another post you asked about bone loss.  If you get castration, you need to take hormones to prevent osteoporosis.  MTF would take female hormones. 

Do you have plans for gender reassignment surgery?

Before I had GRS, I had an orchiectomy, and for me I will say that it caused weight gain.

Though it was a good type of weight gain in that since my body was no longer producing testosterone,
my HRT regimen allowed the fat to go to the right places, as opposed to a male fat pattern distribution.
