I pretty much need to know every step in order, and anything else you have to offer.
Also, I've heard testosterone is expensive, but no one can give me a price on it unless I'm specific. But would it be more or less than $100 in the US? If you can let me know that much, I will appreciate it.

You can either
A) Call every endo or gender clinic in your area to see if they will do informed consent for Testosterone. If you find one, you could be on T in a matter of days.
B) Find a gender therapist. You will usually see them for 3+ months until they will write a T letter. Once you have your letter you will see a trans friendly endo and they will prescribe you T. (I'd recommend this route)
If you have insurance, you might be able to get the endo to write it up as hormone imbalance instead of HRT for GID so that your insurance will cover it. So it'll only be whatever your prescription fee is. If you don't have insurance, well I've seen people report spending anywhere from $35 to $130 for T.
P.S. A lot of guys order their T from here: http://www.stroheckersrx.com/ (http://www.stroheckersrx.com/) They run about $52.95 - 10ml vial
(plus $6.00 for shipping). They don't ship to Arizona, Tennessee, Virginia and North Carolina.
I've also heard a couple of guys order from: http://www.theapothecaryshop.com/ (http://www.theapothecaryshop.com/) I believe they run about $35/vial including shipping. That's is old info, you'd have to call and ask.
