I bought a 983 tri top binder from underworks, got in in the mail today, couldnt get it over my head. So i tried stepping into it, BARLEY got it on, but it worked. It was so tight, i had to take it off an hour after i wore it. I felt like it was restricting my breathing, did i order a binder thats to small for me?

it is a bit too small for you then. it may stretch with time to fit you just fine, or it may always be a little too tight to be comfortable. since you did manage to get it on, a size larger will quite likely be too big for you... :-\

It does sound a bit tiny, doesn't it?.. Especially if this isn't your first binder and you had to show off a circus act in order to get it on. So yeah, my verdict: it sounds a bit too small, but I think Emil's right saying that a size larger will at least get too big for you in the longrun (but don't all binders do that in due time?)...
So.. It's either getting a size bigger and doing your best maintaining the stretch (double stitching could work) or... Manually stretching the current for which my personal recommendation would be: use your ass.

I'd say to just wait for it to stretch a bit. I had a battle trying to get my size small on for the first time and it felt too tight but now its not too bad. The medium was too big on me around the bottom and shoulders, so next size up on you might be too big as well.
