Title: Sports bra
Post by: barbie on July 30, 2010, 02:29:09 PM
Yesterday, Friday night, I drank with my colleagues and sung together at a karaoke.

It was so hot, and I asked for a consent of female colleagues on whether I can take off my long tee shirt. They said yes, and I revealed my sports bra, which is accentuated with horizontal blue stripes. It was surprising to me that nobody seemed to be surprised at my revealing sports bra  :o Here most women wear sports bra only in beach, and I actually intended to surprise my colleagues, but failed.

In the street I felt that some drivers looked at me, but workers in the restaurant and the karaoke did not show any special reaction to my wearing sports bra. We sung and danced together. When returining home by bus, I put on again the tee shirt as a male colleague recommended it  :D

I think in my part of the world the only folks who take off their shirts in bars are professional clothing removers who do so for tips. It sounds like a good time was had by all.

Yes. I have never seen any woman take off their shirts to reveal their bras, except some entertainers or professional barmaids. My colleagues might have felt my masculinity, as I took off it without any hesitation.

Oh. Today afternoon I ran outdoors while wearing the same type of sports bra under a white tee shirt. When soaked with sweet, it exposed well my sports bra in the beach, but no so many people watched me. Just a young guy asked me for the direction.

My black sports bra that I wore today.

Not so much special, but I like it.

Barbie's body makes us all jealous. And I've got to get a shirt that says "GIRL" in big letters. That's great.

Thanks.

Today I got a report of my routine medical checkup 2 weeks ago. Height 182 cm (6 feet) and weight 69 kg (152 pound). Oh my gosh. My weight used to be 65 kg (143 lbs). Despite regular exercise outdoors, my weight has increased. And above all, the nurse said my waist size is 75 cm (29 inch). So, last weekend I purchased 29-inch short pants, and it turned out to be too loose. I was a little bit relieved. Here in my country, 28-inch short pants or capris fit to me whereas lady size 4 or junior size 3 in the U.S. fit to me. In any case, I feel that my weight and girth has increased, and I guess aging is the major factor.

Yes. Actually I hoped that people would call me 'girl', but nobody yet seems to take notice of it at my workplace. It is me who reads GIRL and explains its meaning. People here seem to be bored of my fashion items. And, recently I polished my toes with blue manicure, but nobody yet commented on it, except my little daughter.

I may need more sensational fashion items to attract people's attention. I will try colorful one-piece dresses with 4-inch heels. I hope it will work.

I hope your kidding about attracting attention. I tend to translate "bored" as "accepted", which seems like a good thing. I think girls like us are kind of pushing our luck when we work a bit too hard to draw stares. I leave that to the G-gals.

Yesterday afternoon, I walked along another beach here as my backbone had some pain. Also I wanted to tan my back and belly. I wore sports bra and short denim pants. Very few women here wear sports bra in the street close to a beach, not to mention thong. While going to the beach, I could feel that almost all drivers watched me. It was because wearing sports bra in the street is so much unusual here.

In the beach, not so many people gave attention to me. It was nice that no so many men stared at me. They usually avoided my eyes. I walked for about 2 hours, and my backbone pain was relieved. Yes. This was the first time that I walked while wearing sports bra in my country.

Next time, I need a camera.

Finally I had a chance to take photos of my wearing sports bra in the beach.

My back and belly were tanned well.
