well, i just had this moment where my mom caught a glimpse of my binder.... right, she certainly knows what i'm doing there, judging by her comment.
i wasn't in the mood to talk about it (we were having a few arguments lately, she doesn't approve my high art of slacking. i'm not living with her, but we're practically neighbors), and she didn't press it.
duh, i'm a total sucker about discussing serious things, especially my feelings and stuff, never know how to approach topics, and now i WASTED that opportunity? *smacks self in the face repeatedly*
how dumb... *sigh*

I know how you feel, back when I had a unisex name my parents asked if it was a boys name and I stupidly said "no it's a girls" and walked off. Doesn't really matter now 'cause they know but that would have been a great opportunity.
I'm sure more opportunities will come along so don't worry about it.

I think it's safe to say a lot of us have had similar experiences to this. Don't worry about it though, you'll get your second chance soon enough!
I know I'm just like you with having a hard time talking about feelings and what not. My mom flat out asked me what I want to do about how I'm feeling and that no matter what I do she'd always love and support me. Instead of discussing it with her I just cried like a moron haha. But I know another oppurtunity will come along soon and I just have to make use of it, we both should do so :)

I've had quite a few experiences like that. It's okay, we'll all get there soon, I guess. Me and my mum were arguiung about my binder because I couldn't explain why I was binding without coming out to her, which I didn't want to do at the time. :( It's hard.

You'll do it when the time is right.
You know she's going to have questions, the tough questions, and you want and need to be prepared. Otherwise you come across as an indecisive kid who doesn't know what he wants. We know that's not true, but parents have a way of turning us into blithering idiots. and, they like to argue that this is all just a fad, a phase, and whatever you'll outgrow it.
Hang in there. Your time will come.
