Title: breast reduction surgery?
Post by: icontact on August 01, 2010, 08:21:26 PM
so the only problem i have with myself physically is my chest. i'm not huge, B/C cup, but i genuinely hate it and would love to be an A or AA. i'd honestly rather have small breasts than ftm top surgery because i consider myself more of an in-between gender.

i know it's usually for women with HUMONGO chesticles for back pain. but theoretically, i figure if you pay the guy, he should be willing to take you from whatever you've got, to kiera knightley or katherine moennig status.

have any andros considered/researched this procedure?

Hmm. I don't know whether it's really considered elective as in they'll do it for anybody. Are they big for your body type? They usually want a reason like pain or aesthetic incongruency, I would think.

Hmm, I think it very much depends on the country you're in. I'm not sure about USA, I just know that in the Netherlands-Belgium they are less elective.

Sadly, for medics, their egos are generally more important than your cash.

Most seem to get a real high out of taking matters out of your hands and forming their own judgements.

even if you couldn't get a breast reduction surgeon to do it, i'm sure you could find a top surgery surgeon and work out a modified procedure. i know of one person who has done this for bottom surgery.

That may be your best bet. Especially since normal breast reduction leaves even bigger scars than top surgery. Big anchor type scars.
So you just don't want them completely flat? I have seen some top surgery results that left a lot of tissue behind. I was initially thinking about it because I'm a big guy and thought it would look more natural. But then realized I just wanted them completely obliterated. Too bad transster's not up anymore. There were a few results like that.

i'm not particularly sure what i want. i don't think i'm serious about going through with such a procedure. i do think i want completely flat, but if for some reason reduction happened to be cheaper and there was no way i could afford full masectomy for a long time, i would definitely consider it. i've just always thought about it as an androgyne srs procedure, wanted to know what people through.

i've seen such results on transster as well, but it would not work for me. i'm pretty much a tiny guy, 5'4", 30" pants if i didn't have such prominent buttocks, 27" waist. so as a bio-guy, i'd be completely flat like a board so anything other than that would look a bit out of place.

I'm looking into breast reduction surgery or a complete removal because I really hate them and they cause me the most dysphoria.  Plus, they're ungodly painful because they're DD and the weight is killing the muscle (I'm going to go in and see what they say).  I'd rather a reduction because I've pretty big hips, but I'm also working on making those smaller via exercise--I'm supposed to be about 18 lbs lighter than I am and the weight has gone to my hips and a**.
