I am deciding either to bleach my hair to a blonde shade, or buy an expensive mono hair wig. The effect I want isn't to feminize my appearance though, I just want  a wig to maintain a surfer hair look that looks like it could be my real hair. So it would be medium length, blonde, wavy. I just don't want to deal with roots, and the maintained of them. It would just be easier for me to get a wig that stays with the same look for about an 8-10 month run.

This seems the best one for me, with the exception of it being synthetic, since I don't want to spend 3k for human hair. This one is mono top, and fully laced.

So do you think I could shape this hairstyle to what I want (with bangs as well), and it won't not be noticeable as a wig??

Well, I see that wig sold. If you bought it I hope it works out for you. It looks so great long it would seem a shame to cut it, though. If I wanted a medium length, I think I'd have looked for something more that style. The short style you linked to appears to be a professional cut and very different from that wig's cut. I wouldn't try to cut it unless you're a trained stylist. If that's what you want to do, take it to a shop and have a pro cut it for you.

I've had a lot of wigs - even expensive ....... nothing beats the feeling of your own hair !
