Hey Guys and Gals,
I was just wondering what people use to bind with? I mean what do you find is the best item to use?

Pre chest surgery, I had three binders. I bought one from Underworks, had an abdominal binder, and a friend made me one that looked like the top half of an undershirt.
The home made one was the most comfortable and flattened things ok (I was a B cup). The abdominal binder was the best at flattening and was tolerably comfortable. The underworks one - I forget what model, but it had hooks up the middle to do it up - flattened well, but had a tendency to roll up, particularly after I developed testosterone gut with my fat redistribution.
It will probably depend on your body type, but try cheaper solutions first.

I am saving up for a binder (or two). But right now all I can afford are sports bras and ace-bandages. I know that the last one isn't the best, but I only have one sports bra...so I rotate between the two.
