Title: sagging skin after surgery

Hello, this is just a simple question: for those who had any bone reduction in their faces, how many of you have had to cope with sagging skin afterwards? For example, after chin or jaw reduction, did you have to do a face/neck lift or something? Or is it age-dependent: younger skin can pull back over time but the older have to be pulled "manually"? :)
