I know someone who started when they were 15, or possibly 14. I met them when they were 16, and they'd already been on T for quite awhile. I dunno how they did it. They definitely went through doctors and everything. They had top surgery when they were 15 or 16 too.

This one guy on the Tyra Banks show was on T at age 16. He had full-on facial hair and everything; he was ahead of even most cis guys his age.

I know two transguys (or should I say boys) who are on blockers and will be starting T when they are 12. This is CA.
