Buffy, you MUST take the test - did you know that Julie and Tink are licensed "Smiley" therapists (LST)?? Besides, Jan 1 is almost upon us so it is time to make new vows (and leave behind the guilt and sadness of last years ones!!) You cannot change those you have no control over but ask yourself whose life is truly more authentic.

Thanks for your comments, I am English (and proud of it) but now live outside the UK.
Yes Tink, Julie and Cindy are LST's, but I last saw my sons 8 Christmas's ago and that is where my guilt and sadness lies. This time of year has many unhappy memories and until I make my peace with them, my soul will forever be in turmoil, no matter how happy I am in my own life.
