So, when this law passes, New Jersey will become the ninth state in the US to protect transgender persons against discrimination in housing and employment. Great! :)
The states that have current laws to protect transgender people are: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, New Mexico, Rhode Island and Washington State, as well as the District of Columbia. Wonderful! :)

It says it protects "NJ citizens." So if I live in PA, yet apply for a job in NJ, will I be protected?
