Title: Looking for input

As some might remember, I after doing the nose and chin surgery I felt I still needed to do the forehead part, so I had my forehead done two weeks ago and I am looking for input about the results, which I feel to be unsatisfying.
The only part I can see that was obviously changed was the orbital rims sticking at the sides but the rest feels pretty much similar and the same, as if he didn't setback the forehead enough.
I am wondering if there could be that much swelling that may still hide a good result but seeing photos and comments of other people it seems as if the final result was quite immediate.
The photos were taken with a web cam, which may brighten and blur a bit but seem to give good input

Um, your forehead is flat, hon. I'm not seeing any masculinity there. Any smaller and it might sink inward.

Maybe you are right and I am just being obsessed. I hope that is the case but for some reason when I look and compare it feels otherwise, I wonder why? Better it be wrong with me and not with the forehead. Don't feel like having to bother with this anymore :) But I sure have to get my feeling and views settled somehow and right now they wander to the wrong side of things, I'd love help with that, if anyone has any ideas?
Other than that, thanks for the nice comments from everyone, was quite surprised no one saw anything (is it really the case?).

I can sort of see what you are saying, but only because you pointed it out. That said, it's well within the range of 'female' so I don't think doing any more work would be worth the money (because you already look great). If you ever need cheering up I can link you a picture of my profile :P

All I was saying is I can see a little bit of what you're talking about, but only because you pointed it out. In other words, I wouldn't think twice about your forehead if you hadn't said anything.
By profile, I meant facial profile (side view) - my forehead is awful from the side.
Figures that when I try to make my post simple and put a little bit of humor at the end, I get completely misunderstood on both counts :(

Gosh you look lovely honey. I love your lips :-*
No I think the results are good. They are subtle which I think is a good thing. It is hard for me in some ways to pinpoint what exactly has changed but there is an improvement and it looks good.
You're a good looking lady!

Thank you all.
Maybe it's just because it is subtle that for me it is easy to see the old variation and others see it more properly than me.. obsessions.. I dunno.
And stardust, I sure don't want to go through any more surgery! After doing the chin and nose it was a pain for me to feel I missed out the forehead part. I really hope this will simply settle down and whatever I am feeling is just a feeling and nothing realistic. Surgeries are a pain, expensive and far from fun.
Besides, I am really happy with my overall results, it's only this thing I am worried about and so far it seems it is just an unexplainable concern that only I see/feel.. But it is always us we see the ghosts of ourselves where none else does I guess.

Thanks :) I really thought when seeing my profile photos that it is on the opposite side (yet definitely female variation now), but guess I am seeing what I am looking for even if it isn't there. I dunno, hope that is the case.

I know what you mean, I am so critical of my face too and people say I don't need anything done to it and yet I too can look in the mirror some days and see the man. Its a strange thing because I read several months ago that others who have had FFS still feel the same way and see the man in the mirror. I have had no FFS surgery, just the HRT and SRS.
I still think my chin and nose needs doing but cost prohibits and I'm still hoping the HRT will transfer a little more fat in the right places.
I guess it comes down to accepting yourself for who you are.

I didn't say we should except ourselves as men. I said accept who we are, which is the women that we are, that is reflected outwardly. We do criticize ourselves even when there is no evidence for the criticism. Its down to our gender dysphoria, gender unhappiness. I don't have that any more since SRS but I can still get body dysphoria sometimes when I look at other GG's and compare myself to them.

What you said about inner beauty is profound ... and so true. Love that comment. Hey, I know what you mean about checking out the gg's and feelin' down about that sometimes. I do that a lot. Hey, who did your GRS/SRS? Is that too personal a question for me to ask? Hopefully, you love the results. A really skillful surgeon can work wonders.

No its not too personal and I'd say if people ask. I had my surgery in the UK, Mr Philip Thomas, he's brilliant and I'm so pleased with the results, read my post, Re: post op updates. I had my up's and down while healing first few months but now, WOW, hehe.

the only thing that I think you could do to make your face more feminine, is to thin and arch your brows. Thats all I see
I can also empathize with you. I look in the mirror and all I see is a man even though when I tell others what I see they act like im crazy...
Hope that helps

I know from other forums how bothered you've been by your appearance and how hard you've had to work to get this far ... And, let me say, you've done a great, great job: congratulations! ... But when I look at those pictures the one thing that hasn't changed from ones that I saw, I guess, a year ago or so - maybe more? - is the person underneath the surgery.
Please don't take this in any way as a criticism, because I absolutely do NOT mean in that way. But I think you need to stop worrying quite so much about the physical/surgical exterior and start concentrating on you. The thing that would make the biggest difference to the way you look is a happy smile ... which is great to see on anyone, and also has the immediate effect of feminizing almost any girl. See if you can go inside yourself find a bit more belief and confidence in who you are and the girl you are. Feel good about her, proud of her, confident of her. Instead of working from the outside in, go from the inside out ...
... and then I think you will maybe start feeling, hey, I want to make the best of myself, so that I look the way I feel. And then you can take pleasure in all those fun, girly things that will make such a difference to the way you look: your hair, your brows, your make-up ...
But that's just the surface. The real change will come from within ...
