Judy Shepard has called for an end to bullying and urges all suicidal teens to reach out to the Trevor Project hotline.
Shepard, mother of slain college student Matthew Shepard and president of the Matthew Shepard Foundation's board, released a statement, "We Must All Protect Youth from Suicide," on the spate of reported LGBT suicides.
