I know it's probably impossible to be certain, but does there seem to be any pattern to how T will affect you? I mean, do guys with more feminine faces pre-T change more or less than guys with more masculine faces? Or is it entirely random?

I guess what I'm really asking is : say 'boy A' has a really girly face, maybe to the point of not passing, while 'boy B' has a really masculine face and passes well... once they're both on T will they pretty much end up the same or will Boy A always be a little more 'girly' looking? (Or will boy A actually change MORE and end up more masculine?)

From what I've seen, the guy with the more fem face will get masculine on T, but may always look a little more fae than the masculine guy on T. BUT! As Cynthia said, you just gotta wait and see. It affects everyone differently, depending on genetics and age and things like that. More often than not it'll cause enough of a change so that it doesn't really matter how masculine you get, you'll be read as a guy. The voice, muscle, and hair changes are often enough; looking masculine has little to do with it. Because, I've seen some manly cisgender ladies, and some girly cisgender men.

So yeah. Cynthia hit the nail on the head. It's different for everyone, but we all have hope.

id say it all really depends.  but I have seen a guy on the internet and pre T he looked very femine, he had megan fox's eyes, and pinks face, and after about a year on T he still looks pretty fem, but with his voice he passes.

It really depends on too many things to predict. A feminine looking face could masculinize really well or hardly at all but try to remember that that is really only one aspect of passing. Like I'm short and really skinny but I still pass 100% of the time.

Yeah, I figured it would be kind of hard to predict. :) This might sound a little strange, but I'd actually like to retain some measure of femininity to my face if I were to go on T. Not so much that I look like entirely female, of course, but just enough to look more young and androgynous rather than too mature too quickly.

Of course as it stands now, I'm not sure whether I could pass or not... my friend says I can, but I think he's just being nice to me and trying to make me feel better. I worry that something about my face still says 'girl' or 'young woman' rather than thirteen year old boy. Although, I do have an adam's apple and quite a bit of hair on my arms and legs...

You're not going to look like a full on adult male overnight. The changes are slow and build up over time.

I went on T at 25. Over the last 6 months, I went from looking like I was 15 (and constantly asked for ID) to looking in my early 20's (and no longer get carded. And people now call me sir). And I have aged faster than most, possibly due to copious amounts of crazy shift work and the growth of facial hair.

BUT - another 6 months on T is not going to make me look like a 30 year old man.

You only will really age to how you would look at your current age if you were cisgendered.

If your genetics dictate you'll look young and androgynous at whatever age you are - then that's what it'll be.

It's all down to genetics. There's no hard and fast rules, or any pattern to it.

How long have you been on T?

It's pretty much all about the genetics. Look to your father... it'll help give you a general idea

About 6 months, give or take. I forget the exact date.

My oddly worded point is that you're not going to age beyond your chronological age - but you will catch up to it a little faster than "real time".
