Jaiden- Welcome to the forum man! It looks like your post is in the wrong section. To answer your question though I've never heard of someone being able to do so though I could be wrong, I think you would need more genital growth than T could give a person to fit a hollow one.

Under transsexual talk there is a specific forum for FTM. Just click Susan's Place Transgender Resources at the top of this then scroll down to transsexual talk then FTM. An administrator will most likely move this for you this time but that is how to find the place to post it :)

I've moved the thread for ya to the proper section. Welcome to Susan's, please be sure to look around the forums, especially in the announcements as there's lots of handy information all over. :)

Hollow strap ons or penis extenders can be used, but I do think you need enough girth and/or a harness to keep it in place.

I think they are for bio-men with small junk or erectile dysfunction...So that they can still penetrate to their liking. Like a strap on with the core taken out so they can insert their junk in it. That's my take on it atleast.

You'd need one that was harness compatible and a harness to put it in, but otherwise I don't see why it would be a problem.
