I have heard that when you are on T the clit grows. I'm sorry for the awkwardness of the question, but I'm just wondering...how big does it get exactly? Does it appear normal? Is there still any need for the bottom surgery? Can you go to the bathroom normally standing up? Will you still need to wear a packer? Again, I apologize for the awkwardness. I just really wanted to know this.

I have been on T for 23 days and I have doubled in size (its still not that big yet though)

Trans guys usually range from 1 inch to 3 inches, the 3 inches are really lucky.

I guess it depends on the STP, some STP's may not work if you have had too much growth.

Bottom surgery is your decision, some guys may feel comfortable enough with the growth they have had.

I dont wear a packer, I have one for special occasions, but nah I find them uncomfortable, and I dont feel the need to wear one.

Growth varies from person to person and the amount of time it takes to reach the biggest you can get would be around 5 years. Some guys have a tiny penis 1 inch in length, some have 3-4. I'm guessing/hoping/fingers crossed that I'll get a...respectable amount of growth since I'm already kinda big to begin with. The growth really makes your genitals look pretty darn ambiguous. Somewhere between a very large clit and a small penis. Bottom surgery is something some people feel they need in order to feel comfortable, others are content with the growth from T. Since the urethra is still set back instead of coming out through the tip (without surgery) peeing standing like a cis-guy isn't very easy, but can be done. I know people that were assigned female at birth and could pee standing, aim and everything. It's just a matter of knowing how to do it. Wanting to wear a packer depends on the person...some guys have genitals that are too sensitive to touch, and the packer rubbing is uncomfortable.

1. I'm 8 months on T and at 1.7 inch. I know a guy at 8 months who's upto 3.85. Miniar has the biggest dick I've heard of on a trans guy. DHT cream and pumping can dramatically increase penis size.

2. It looks like a little penis, but I wouldn't say it looks normal by any stretch of the imagination.

3. Bottom surgery depends on personal preference. It would be nice, but personally, I don't think it's worth it. It's a lot a money, multiple surgeries and plenty of risks. Why fix it if it's not broken?

4. The urethra is located just above the vagina. Some talented individuals can pee standing up, but genital growth changes nothing in this department.

I'm curious about this now (naturally ::)). How big exactly is Miniar :o from what I know he's 6'2" or something and there have been theories that dick size is closely correlated with height (can't 100% confirm that though). I'm wondering if there's an advantage to starting younger? Let's say 18 because I know that's the requirement in some areas. Theoretically, if you're still producing large amounts of growth hormone while on T (like someone younger), wouldn't the dick grow faster/bigger as well?

@ Meepit: Well Im 19, so sorta still growing. I did grow an extra inch in height last year.

I've been on T for exactly one week and mine has doubled in size. Not sure if that's normal or not. It was small to begin with.

i'm at 1.5. which is double the size it started. i'm also twice more sensitive. i still wear a packer, and i personally think it's more comfortable than just having my underwear rub it.

Transbucket is surgery results only, not growth from testosterone.

Mine went from being an invisible nub to about 2".

It will look like a normal clit.  In fact if you look at naked women (ie on xtube and the like) many cis-girls have large clits.

No, you can't stand to pee with it; your urethra opens in the same place it always has, just inside your labia. 

Well, it does sort of look like a mini-penis, but it is stuck in the down position.  If you want a bulge you need a packer.  And even after lower surgery there is no appreciable bulge.

damn I thought mine was big. I had to remeasure, it's 1 1/4". Hard it's probably 1 1/2". Let's compare notes after T >.>

Oh and I just read this a couple of days ago that I thought was interesting: "The clitoris normally increases significantly in size during puberty, and life. Not sure how you guys are measuring yours, but a tictac would give my dick a run for it's money at the moment O_O. Couldn't be good if I bashed it into things from age 8 onwards ???.

I kind of want to take a measurement and know for sure, now.

oh god i dont think ill ever be able to measure down there once im on T to track the 'progress' though ill be curious =( im glad i read the replies in this thread though, i learned a little bit.

and  I know this isn't on topic of this thread, sorry OP, but i always wondered the different levels of 'dysphoria' or w.e. everyone here has, i wish there was a thread for it so i can compare. i think mines like a lot worse than it should be really, especially because i didnt know so many guys regularly could look down there and measure.

I don't really measure ??? I've looked down there before though, not in depth (no pun intended) just literally just bent my head down and looked. I'm pretty discouraged now though since mine seems small :o who knows I might not be looking far enough and I didn't lift up the hood or anything (yeaaah don't like getting touchy feely with stuff down there either).

I'm not usually dysphoric about downstairs. I mean, I'm pissed I don't have what I should have there and all. The only time I was truly horrified was when I was giving birth and the nurse asked me if I wanted her to hold up a mirror to my bits to see myself give birth. I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Ahem. You should've seen my face when she asked me that.

No need to lift the foreskin/hood up or anything. I just measure from the base, where it connects to the body, to the head (or to the end of the foreskin if the head doesn't peep out).

bah i'm pretty sure it's less than an inch anyway  :( at best it'd probably be 2cm (from memory).

Would it make it harder to use a stp when the downstairs area grows?

Thank you for the information That lad Ricky, this really helps me because it's the first time I've seen it. I didn't look at all of them yet but what is the clear tube covering for? Can one still pee properly standing up without the tube?

i suppose it depends on the person, cuz i've been on T for 9 months and I guess it's grown a bit but nothing extreme or sticking out there like a peen.

if anything for me it's been like the entire region itself is "fatter" for lack of better word. like for sure it's bigger but not all guys get massive clit growth after T I guess. doesn't bother me none.
