Title: T and top surgery
Post by: Radar on October 21, 2010, 08:38:34 PM
I've heard different things from different doctors and it doesn't seem like there's a consensus on it. I'm curious as to what your doctor said and why.

No experience myself yet so I didn't answer the survey but one of my friends who isn't on the site was told to stop injections for 2 weeks beforehand.

I went to dr garramone, i never had to stop or lower my doasge for surgery. I have never understood why some surgeons make you stop before surgery. Honestly, even if one would have told me not to, i probably would have taken it anyway.

Mine has told me to not change my T usage either, but I know some surgeons who want you to. From what I've heard the reason is because T makes it harder to heal. I don't understand this. This would mean all males were at a higher risk from healing from anything- which I'm pretty sure isn't true. As long as your T is at a proper level I don't see the problem.
