I am a male who is growing female breasts. May sound strange but i like'em.
I woke up this morning to find that the "knots" behind my nipples decided to show up over night, so needless to say, my boobs were quite abit more sore than when i went to sleep last night.

Yes when I started hrt , I checked my breasts a couple times a day. I noticed every little change. And if they stopped hurting I was so depressed. I still check then out each morning. And then if your lucky enough you might see few drops of liquid come from the nipple, that just thrilled me to death. :o

Congrats breastquest, I am also a male growing breasts and my WIFE likes them. Mostly because when she rubs them I will pretty much do anything she asks. OK. I like them too.
