With four transgender themed paintings, a 29-year-old artist from Hanoi has won the public vote for a Danish-funded talent competition.
Pham Tuan Tu has won US$1,000 in cash and will have his solo exhibition funded by the Danish Cultural Development and Exchange Fund as the winner of its Talent Prize 2010.
