The Scenario: A drag queen at a fancy gay club entertains the crowd with her sensational gender performance. What the audience doesn't know is that this drag queen has had top surgery and is forbidden to complete the transition by getting surgery below the belt.
If this performer has surgery or at least tells people that she has made the full transition into a woman, there's a possibility she will be fired from her job.
Yes, by definition this performer would no longer be a drag queen. Instead, she would be known as a transsexual, someone who is transitioning into another gender and has had genital correction or top surgery.
