Day 1
I received my voice therapy CDs from exceptionalvoice.com earlier this week. I bought all three and I started working on the first one today. Amazingly, I reached A3 on the chromatic tuner on my first try and exercise although I was only able to use it for ten minutes until my throat got sore. I am resting my voice until tomorrow.

Just like any exercise, you need to build up your time each day.
