Title: Spiro nearing my 6th month; gynecomastia

These past two weeks had been the oddest weeks, I am getting acne, and I have a much higher sex drive than ever. I decreased the spiro for a good 3 week, but because of the persistent acne I increase it this week to stop the acne.
Strangely, my nipples are also very tender and a slight painful, and they also have some form of tissue under them (very small). It looks like http://manboobnuker.com/manboobafter1.jpg (http://manboobnuker.com/manboobafter1.jpg)
If I continue this for much longer should I expect to get obvious gynecomastia?
If I stop will the repressed testosterone be much stronger?
I do not want noticeable gynecomastia (even though it was a risk). http://www.locateadoc.com/pictures/gynecomastia-male-breast-reduction-15450before2.jpg (http://www.locateadoc.com/pictures/gynecomastia-male-breast-reduction-15450before2.jpg)
right now it's fine by me apperance... but i feel that tissue

If you don't want gynecomastia, spiro is not your friend. Your doctor may be able to suggest an alternative that's suitable for you.

well i'm going to quit spiro, sad as it is for me, for a while (maybe forever)... I'll find another source to stop my acne.
the puffy nipples look will probably go away in 2-3 months as my T goes back to normal.

dang it dawned on me
melatonin (a recent pill i been taking to help fall asleep) may be contributing to this high sex drive and this weird new sensation of nipples.
I believe that the little estrogen that wasn't as active in my system are going wild now with the melatonin...
good thing i realized this! since if i were to continue this action of melatonin and spiro I would be mimicking the effects of estrogen!
