I have different health issues which put me thought a lot of pain and discomfort. Old injuries, medical conditions make it hard to live each day. Twice hospitalize this year that left me worn out and tired. I not sure i can have hormone treatment due to a heart condition with a blood clot found and removed with other things done to me surgery . does anyone face the same problem or similar issue?

If you need more surgeries, HRT doesn't help bleeding issues (so I've heard). Also, clotting issues only come from oral HRT, if I remember right, so you might still be able to ask a doctor about it.

talk with your doctor ... I have lots of health issues & thought I wouldn't qualify for hrt ... but now that the American Medical Association stated that transgender is a medical problem needing treatment it has changed the focus of who qualifies and who doesn't. My doctor said it's no longer that you are automatically screened out now with medical conditions .. it's how can they work it so that you can get the treatment you need. She said the general belief is to treat it like diabeties and no ignore it or not provide treatement.
