Title: Side burns

So i took a picture of my side burn on the right side of my head..and i added some contrast to the photo and this is what i got :D.
I cannot wait to grow a beard, i even found dark chin hairs on my chin! I couldn't get a good photo of them though :(. Any of you have photos pre-t of your side burns?

I don't know if I'm ever going to go on T, so I don't know if I'll ever be able to grow legitimate side burns. Any advice? :P

My pre-t sideburns are invisible. Hopefully they will show up a little more on T.
brainiac: no advice but I've seen a lot of guys who don't have sideburns, they shave them off and keep their hair cropped somewhat short so at least no sideburns doesn't mean automatic no pass

I have had really prominent sideburns for a long time now!
It's probably a combination of my super dark hair and apparently I have really high testosterone levels for someone not.. taking it, haha.
Crazytown, really. But I'm not complaining. :'D

I'm pre T and that's exactly how my sideburns are. Got it on my mustache and under my chin too. Then theres really course beard hairs randomly. Theres one that's really high up by my check near my eye socket. I shave, so I don't have a picture. But I can post pictures of elsewhere.
I've been trying to let my body hair grow out. Don't know where the digital camera went to so I tried taking pictures with my cell phone.

Sorry....being hairy can be a pain in the ass(I don't even wana know how hairy my ass is). It took me days to get EKG pads off. My eyebrows and hair line actually connect. It doesn't look as bad as it sounds, but I still shave it. The other day I nicked my nose since my mustache hair and nose hair connect.

lol, Sharky I'm with you on being Burt Reynolds over the wolfman. I personally find body hair sexy as it is so manly. Unfortunately I'm not getting to much myself. I didn't think I would as my Father's chest has always been completely smooth without him doing a thing.
However my legs are wonderfully hairy and the air on my arms is much darker than it was pre T. Oh and I am getting a tiny little treasure trail, so hooray for that. I do have some thin sideburns and my hair is cut to make it seem as if they are much thicker. My stylist swears that my hairline is changing quite a bit especially in the back.
Fantastic progress Damian especially without testosterone!

One of the changes I'm waiting for when I start T is my hair line changing. I don't like mine. It's is all over the place. I never even thought of what my hair line looks like in the back.

I've got hair on my arms, legs, front, and back but not that thick!!! I can already tell that I'm going to have a nice "treasure trail" when I do get on T. I do hope I won't grow much chest hair though. But I have a feeling I'm going to especially round the nips :-\

My endo says, If you have fine hair then you may not get facial hair at all and hair any where will likely be sparse, but if you have this hair shafts, then your beard will likely grow in thick.
NO wonder I have only a few patches on my face and neck beard. I have actually lost some of what I had before like the side burns.

I'm so afraid I'll look like Chewbacca. :o I already have a bit of a happy trail and light chest hair, and random beard hairs and a light mustache and a bit of fine, but dark sideburns when I let 'em grow out. I really don't want to be hairy, I want to look more androgynous. But I'm betting I'm going to have serious chest hair. I do hope I can avoid the back hair.

Could be genetics. Not all men can grow beards. The ones who can't don't stand out because it's normal for men to be clean-shaven, but I think it's pretty common.

I had only been on T for a month before i had a huge mass of facial hair growing on my neck (yeah the dreaded neckbeard) .. haha.. but six years on im still filling out certain areas on my face.. the sideburns being one and the soulpatch.. just takes time i guess, but i'd say it was down to genetics!

My partner can't grow a beard. He gets some patchy scruffiness, but the hairs stop growing at about 1/2 ". I've known other beardless guys too. Some people just aren't very hairy.

Recently i've been getting some sideburn hair thanks to T. It's made me so happy I refuse to shave them right now.
I was a trans youth thing the other day where they had surgeons, endos etc talking. The endo said for transwoman they will get their changes in 2 years as the female puberty is short but for us guys it will take about 5 years. So for some it will take a while for some decent facial hair if they get any at all.

I have some male friends who have really patchy facial hair or barely any at all. My one friend is 32 years old and he shaves once a week and has blond hair - so it pretty much looks like he's got a baby face all the time. Although guys like that are kind of the minority (unless you start looking at entire ethnic groups - like American Indians don't really grow beards) they're out there, so you shouldn't feel bad if you can't grow a "real" beard or whatever.

So...I'm a bit confused! Boy vitamins are just vitamins meant for men, correct? If I were to take those, it would be almost like a light dose of T? As in, some facial hair but nothing else really? If one were to stop taking them, would the effects eventually wear off?
I would sacrifice my brother to lawn gnomes for side burns.

Okay from what I understand boys vitamins are just boys vitamins. Mens vitamins are what men need. All those vitamins are, are vitamins. They don't have any testosterone in them so I doubt they will help you grow sideburns sorry. There are some T-enhancers that supposedly work but they can be costly, sometimes have bad side effects, and often don't make any noticeable difference.

If you google around, there are good sites on foods and vitamins that increase testosterone, but I'm not sure if it'd be enough of an increase to actually cause physical changes.
