Greetings,

Sorry to be so blunt with my question without an introduction but I'm rushing to get ready for work and do not have much typing time ?

My question is this ...... Is it possible to feminize one's body with hormones without losing the ability to have an erection and an orgasm ????

you will lose the ability to get a rock hard erection if you go on HRT, period end of story
Erections will be semi flacid affairs that will be dificuclt to use for penetration.
Orgasm however is a function of the brain. If you loose the ability to have an orgasm it is a psychological issue.
