5 minutes ago my dad called me by my name, Aiden. it was a little awkward at first, he wasnt too sure if he was pronouncing it right haha :)
but its a really big step for my dad and i'm happy. I asked him to put Aiden on my x-mas gifts, and he said he will :)
this is going to be my first christmas out to my family and i'm really excited
that is all :P

my dad's been looking for a gender therapist too! asking Center Lane and looking at other resources for help, so hopefully starting sessions sometime into the start of 2011

Though honestly many of my gifts were unisex or male focused anyway- at least the ones from my lists (yes, my family still does lists). This year hopefully I won't get something girly I'll have to exchange.
I'm glad things are going well for you and your father. Hopefully 2011 will show much success in transition for you. :)

i cant wait for 2011! new years is probably my favorite holiday.
