most either exclude it outright or consider it "cosmetic" >.<
you'll have to read the policy you're on to see if there is a way to get it covered (or messing with the dx code).

On where you are, what insurance you are referring to, what their policy is, etc, etc, etc...

My insurance covers bottom surgery, but not top. Top is considered cosmetic.
