Title: Hair loss/hair fall?

Hey, guys. I'm about six months on T and, although it is not very recent and has been going on for a while, I've noticed that I seem to lose quite a lot of hair during and after a shower. It's mostly when my hair is wet, but a bit more than usual, too, when it is dry. I don't notice my hair line receding at all and don't have any bald/thinning spots or anything, but I was just wondering whether this is just a normal part of puberty, as it were. I know hormone changes can cause hair loss to some extent so perhaps that is it? It's not major but I just thought I would ask whether anyone has experienced this. Thanks. :)

Hair loss is common for us dudes that start on T. Male pattern baldness is the most common type of hair loss in men. It usually follows a typical pattern of receding hairline and hair thinning on the crown, and is caused by hormones and genetic predisposition. Take a look at the bio men in your family, do any of them have thinning hair or baldness? If they do, you may experience the same.

Yes...this is common on T.....my advice is to get a hold of some Nizoral 2% shampoo....you have to order it online as the OTC stuff is only 1%.
It is an anti- dandruff shampoo, but don't be fooled by that label. It actually blocks DHT production on the scalp and usually helps.
I recommend this to many female bodybuilders who have hair loss due to male hormone use and it works a treat.
By the way...it has to be Nizoral due to the key ingredients....no other anti dandruff shampoo works the same.....

Think twice about this, Nizoral uses an anti fungal thing which blocks t receptors, not just DHT.

Yes but you are only using it on your scalp and it is only absorbed in the scalp,,,,it certainly doesn't stop female BB's getting all the other sides of T only limits scalp hair loss.....

There are also people who say it caused them to lose hair. I'm just saying be cautious.
