Fantastic.
Couple this with the post-mortems of MTFs showing a region of the brain in which the size matched those of natal females and the evidence is building that this is biological.

This is a continuation of at least two existing pieces of work, and as such this now represents independent validation and replication of the two earlier studies. This therefore qualifies now as scientifically PROVEN.
Because of the implications for clinical best practice though it will probably be some time before it gets widely accepted.

This is also proof we don't need GID or Gender Incongruence on the DSM for treatment coverage. This is a practical care issue and not a mental health one.

Well maybe, but more importantly it provides a window to possible causes. I wouldn't expect to see this type of scan as part of any TG diagnosis or something you have to do in order to get hormones/surgery.

I will donate my post-mortem brain to science, after I am no more they will finally say, she wasn't a freak after all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
