I think I have had about all I can take from that place. I have tried to participate in discussions there and if you go against the grain of the 'clan' there you get eviscerated. They actually ridicule you because your views are different than theirs. I finally just couldn't take it anymore and deleted my account and will never ever be going back to that place. Such mean and nasty people who intentionally make others feel inferior. I don't need that ->-bleeped-<- in my life right now.
Anyone else have negative experiences at Pink Essence?

No, but from what you have said I am glad I haven't tried to join.

Haven't been on there, but will think twice, based upon what you say. Can't stand being lectured like that.

Ugh. One of the main girls there who was the main reason I left found me on Facebook and continued her crap.

Not sure about Pink Essense, but the forums that really annoy me ar those where anything that doesn't strike a chord with some moderator, or which is deemed to be in the wrong section, is deleted.
A few years ago, on the old MSN forums, I was in a women's forum where I generally got on quite well.
Then someone starts a thread claiming that all the differences between men and women are social. I disagreed and was deleted. I just stopped posting there, after that.
But, at least, on Facebook, you can tell her where to go.

Well I doubt everyone on PE is like that but I have been treated similarly on many different forums. Sometimes the trans community in general criticizes each other instead of banding together. It gets old pretty fast....
